SUPERVALU Signs Agreement With Telepanel To Resell Telepanel Electronic Shelf Labels

Telepanel Systems Inc. (TSE:TLS and OTC:TLSXF) today announced that it had signed a reseller agreement with SUPERVALU.

SUPERVALU Inc., New England Region, with its headquarters based in Minneapolis, Minnesota is making Telepanel Electronic Shelf Labels available to all retailers in New England, including New York State.

In additional news, Telepanel is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with its debenture holders to adjust the exercise price of the warrants attached to the debenture issued June 15, 1995 to $1.50 per share and the conversion price of the debenture issued October 6, 1997 to $1.50 per share. In exchange, the debenture holders extended the maturity date of the debentures to mid 2001 and deferred interest payments until the new maturity.
