Telemate.Net Software Signs Reseller Agreement With Cisco Systems; Cisco Systems Adds the Telemate.Net Product Line.

Telemate.Net Software, Inc., (Nasdaq:TMNT), a leading provider and pioneer of integrated usage management solutions for the Internet, intranet and voice networks, announced today that they have entered into a reseller agreement with Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CSCO).

The Telemate.Net(R) product line of comprehensive Internet usage management and reporting solutions has been added to the catalog of complimentary third-party product offerings that Cisco sells and supports. Telemate.Net products help businesses address employee Internet productivity, network security and performance. Currently, the Telemate.Net product line provides usage management and reporting solutions for a variety of Cisco products including: Cisco PIX Firewall A family of network firewalls from Cisco. PIX units are high-performance, stand-alone devices that contain their own embedded operating systems and can support up to 64K simultaneous connections. , Cisco IOS Firewall, Cisco NetRanger Intrusion Detection and CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager 2.0.

As part of the agreement, the Telemate.Net products will be marketed and supported through Cisco's global distribution network. Cisco will provide customer support for the products including, product information, configuration, installation, testing and a help line. Telemate.Net will provide Cisco with onsite support for software troubleshooting and maintenance.
