This agreement is an extension of the contracts signed in 2001 and 2002. About 30 percent of the contract value replaces these previous two contracts.

With this agreement BAE SYSTEMS will expand use of Telelogic's complete product portfolio for DOORS ERS, including DOORS, DOORSnet(TM), DOORS Enterprise Change Proposal Systems(TM) (ECPS ECPS Educational and Counselling Psychology and Special Education (University of British Columbia, Vancouver)

The agreement covers all product licenses, support, upgrades, training and consultancy in a single contract. It enables BAE SYSTEMS to efficiently roll out a powerful requirements management capability to more systems and software engineers for a wide range of projects in its business.
