Devisor - Strengthened Delivery Capacity to Finnish Telecom Industry

Telelogic AB (Stockholm Stock Exchange:TLOG), the leading supplier of design, development and testing tools for real-time communications applications, today announced the acquisition of the Finnish consultant company, Devisor, with 11 employees.

As a part of Telelogic's professional services strategy, Devisor strengthens delivery capacity to key customers like Nokia.

Devisor - customers and assignments

Devisor Oy has its roots in the R&D department at Teleste Communications, at the beginning of the 1990s. From 1999, the Company has operated under the name Devisor. Its largest customers are the leading Finnish telecom industry like Teleste, Perkin Elmer/Wallac and Miratel. Devisor is offering software development and consulting for telecom and is using SDL as one of its main technologies.

Effect on revenue and result

Devisor's revenue for the full year is forecasted to 8 MSEK ($0.9 million) The effect on Telelogic's revenue and profit for year 2000 will be marginal. Devisor had 11 employees at the time for the acquisition.

Financial terms

Payment for all outstanding shares is done cash. An additional payment may be made based on Devisor's future performance. The transaction price is not revealed on the seller's request.
