Telekomunikacja Polska Selects KRONE Copper Connectivity Solutions for Digitalisation of Telecommunications Network.

BERLIN -- ADC (Nasdaq:ADCT; www.adc.com) today announced that Telekomunikacja Polska (TPSA), the leading telecommunications operator in Poland, has selected KRONE copper connectivity solutions to complete the digitalisation of the operator's high-speed network. Under the terms of the agreement, ADC will provide KRONE main distribution frames, digital distribution frames, cable heads, associated LSA PLUS(R) modules and accessories to optimise the Polish network infrastructure and enhance delivery of new and advanced telecommunications services. KRONE will work with its local partner, C&C Partners Telecom in the city of Leszno, to deploy the equipment throughout Poland.

On 1 Jun 2004, TPSA revised its DSL offerings by increasing the speed of Neostrada from 512 / 128 Kbps (downstream / upstream) to 640 / 160 Kbps. It also launched 'Neostrada 320', a 320 / 64 Kbps residential service.

TPSA launched the Neostrada ADSL service in the second half of 2001.

TPSA provides Internet services through its subsidiary TP Internet. TP Internet was established in September 1999. It launched a video streaming service, in partnership with TVN 24, in June 2002. The company planned to offer three packages based upon the total access time of the audio and video stream provided to the customers. The technological aspect of the project was expected to be handled by TP Internet.
