Teleglobe and France Telecom Sign Interconnect Agreement to Exchange Global Signaling Traffic.

Under the agreement, Teleglobe and France Telecom will convert and exchange the international signaling traffic enabling subscriber authentication, postpaid and prepaid roaming, inter-carrier SMS (1) (Storage Management System) Software used to routinely back up and archive files.
