Telefonos De Mexico (Telmex).


TELEFONOS DE MEXICO (TELMEX TELMEX Telefonos de Mexico ), said it acquired a minority stake in Net Servicos, a Brazilian cable television operator, from Globo Participacoes, a telecommunications holding company. In June 2004, Telmex said it would buy 60% of Net Servicos for US$370 million, but a debt restructuring Debt Restructuring
