Telecorp Products introduces CentrEE AnyWhere Solution. (New Products).


Telecorp Products Inc. has announced an enhanced version of its CentrEE AnyWhere Solution Suite, an integrated suite of telecommuting telecommuting, an arrangement by which people work at home using a computer and telephone, transmitting work material to a business office by means of a modem and telephone lines; it is also known as telework.  products. CentrEB AnyWhere affords call center and contact center managers a comprehensive "work-off-site" product line that covers real-time contact center management needs; historical and statistical reporting requirements and quality monitoring. CentrEE AnyWhere was designed to allow virtual call center agents to view real-time contact center information, keeping these agents in touch with a main office. The CentrEE AnyWhere Solutions Suite is comprised of three major technology modules. Rapid E-Port consists of software, which includes total historical reporting functions to assist management in making sense of contact center statistics.
