TFM technology, he says, brings six key results by enabling:

* Automation of vendor invoices, which can eliminate overbilling.

* The ability to provide accountability and determine charge-backs.

* Tracking of assets and resources, which can improve utilization and eliminate unnecessary buying.

* Building of a database of information that can be used to analyze network requirements and assist in contract negotiations.

* Budgeting and forecasting with significant accuracy.

* Integration with other parts of an enterprise applications suite.

InfoCall TFM is a Windows-based client/server application suite built on Microsoft SQL Server A relational DBMS from Microsoft that is a major component of the Windows Server System. It is Microsoft's high-end client/server database and is closely integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio and the Microsoft Office System. [TM] database architecture. Dretler says customers can license the application, which sits on Info Group's servers and is available via the Web, or outsource the whole function.
