Telecom Technologies Merges With P3.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 1, 2002

Telecom Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets "TCTH") announced today that it has merged into Precise Positioning Precise Positioning is a term used to describe techniques to obtain the location of an object to better than a few centimeters of accuracy.

Historically precise positioning was associated with surveying and geodesy.

 on August 2, 2002. Each stockholder of record as of the close of the market on July 31, 2002 will receive two shares of P3 for each share of Telecom Technologies, Inc. owned.

Additionally, Telecom Technologies, Inc. has transferred its telecom properties, including proprietary software, client lists and websites to Tel.com, Inc. a private company. Each Telecom Technologies stockholder of record as of the close of the market on July 31, 2002 will receive three shares of Tel.com, Inc. for each share of Telecom Technologies, Inc. owned. Tel.com intends to file a registration statement with the Security and Exchange Commission in order to become a reporting company so that its shares of common stock may trade on the OTC Bulletin Board OTC Bulletin Board
