TeleWRITER Corporation to Provide Collaborative Software to Earthwalk Communications, Inc.

MAHWAH, N.J. -- Communications Research, Inc. (OTCBB:CRHI) Mahwah, NJ, announced today their subsidiary, TeleWRITER Corporation, Tampa, Florida, has agreed, in principle, on a Master OEM agreement to provide EarthWalk Communications, Inc., Manassas, VA, with their TeleWRITER-AGS (Advanced Graphics System) Collaborative Computing Distant Learning software for use in all of their products.

The announcement will be jointly made at the C3-Expo in the Jacob Javits Convention Center, New York City, where TeleWRITER Corporation will be exhibiting June 28, 29 and 30, 2005 and at the National Educational Computing Conference (NECC), Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia, PA June 28, 29 and 30, 2005 where EarthWalk will be exhibiting.

EarthWalk is a leading education technology provider dedicated to improving student performance and teacher effectiveness through its wireless technologies and communication solutions.
