TeleVideo Plan of Reorganization Confirmed by Bankruptcy Court.

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- TeleVideo, Inc. (OTCBB:TELV) announced that its First Amended of Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan") was approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, providing TeleVideo with the ability to emerge from its Chapter 11 restructuring.

TeleVideo plans to consummate the Plan as soon as practicable. Upon consummation of the Plan, all of the presently outstanding common stock of TeleVideo will be cancelled and extinguished.
