Tele2 Norge as Acquires Enitel's Subscribers in Norway.

NEW YORK & STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 2001

Tele2 AB ("Tele2", "the Group") (Nasdaq:TLTOA/B)(OMX:TEL2a.ST,TEL2b.ST), the leading alternative pan-European telecommunications company, today announced that Tele2 Norge AS has acquired Enitel AS's private and corporate fixed telephony and dial-up Internet subscribers in Norway. The subscribers will be transferred to the Tele2 network as soon as possible.
