As Vice President Operations, David Coakley brings 20 years experience specializing in technology, manufacturing and operations management Operations management is an area of business that is concerned with the production of goods and services, and involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective. , for which he has successfully developed and implemented procedures to streamline production, increase yields, and reduce cost of operations. Mr. Coakley most recently was the Vice President of Operations for Chip (X), where he executed the transition to a fabless manufacturing model and lowered operational costs for the company. He served as the Vice President of U.S. Wafer Fab Operations at Readrite, where he implemented processes to increase line yields, add 30 percent fab capability, and reduce manufacturing cycle times by 40 percent. As Vice President of Wafer Fab Operations for Xicor, he successfully contributed to nearly two years of company profitability through yield and cost efficiencies. Mr. Coakley holds a BSc degree in physical electronics from Newcastle Polytechnic.

As Vice President Sales, John C. Mein is chartered to grow the company's business by expanding its worldwide distribution infrastructure to support the ever-increasing demand for EPON chipsets. Throughout his 20-year career, Mein has excelled at introducing innovative and streamlined processes to increase sales effectiveness and reduce sales cycles. Most recently, Mein served as Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Quake Technologies, Inc., where he built the sales force and grew the company into a multi-million dollar operation. He also served as Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Galileo Technology/Marvell Technology, where he grew sales from $1 million to $110 million and helped take the company public. Mein has held positions at Fujitsu Microelectronics, VLSI Technology, Integrated Device Technology IDT (NASDAQ: IDTI) was founded in 1980 as a semiconductor vendor.
