Tekmark Creates Business Development Advisory Board; Innovative Approach Leverages Industry Leadership.

, one of the largest privately held providers of information technology, communications and consulting services, today announced the creation of a business development advisory board consisting of eight senior executives drawn from the communications and information technology industry.

Guy Del Grande, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Tekmark, commented, "We launched this initiative to create and implement an effective and coordinated approach aimed at optimizing Tekmark's global business assets. The Advisory Board serves as a round-table for sharing ideas and strategies and as a forum for cultivating opportunities and successes. Our members, all of whom bring unique experiences and resources to Tekmark, will assist us in expanding our position in the marketplace." The Advisory Board will also counsel Tekmark's Executive Committee in many areas including strategic direction, customer prospects, and new service offerings. The goal of the Advisory Board is to leverage the information, advice, and influence of its members to grow Tekmark to the next level.

Stephen G. Chappell

Steve Chappell has over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently as president of Telcordia Technologies' Operations and Network Systems Group where he managed the OSS Oss (ôs), city (1994 pop. 62,141), North Brabant prov., S Netherlands; chartered 1399. It is a significant industrial center. Manufactures include meat products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electrical equipment, and metalware. , Intelligent Network, and Common Language product lines. Previously, Steve served as a vice president for Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for Network Operations Systems, Operations Systems for Wireless Networks, the Saudi TEP-6 OSS Projects, and Commercial Applications and Billing Systems. Dr. Carl L. Figliola

Dr. Figliola brings 35 years of experience in government and public affairs to his role as president of his own government relations consulting firm. He is a consultant for IT companies, hospitals, universities, museums and Fortune 100 companies. Previously, he held numerous positions at Long Island University's C.W.
