Teens need Z's. (letters).

We believe kids should be going to bed earlier on school nights ("Let Me Sleep!" 2/11/02). The reasons for staying up late are partly the fault of teachers--for giving us too much homework--and partly our fault--for having too many after-school activities. Schools should start an hour later so students can get a good night's sleep. Taking pills to stay awake in class is unhealthy. The cycle of staying up late and getting up early has to change.
