The Second Annual Tee It Up For The Troops event will be held on September September: see month.  8th at Mendakota Country Club in Mendota Mendota can refer to any of the following places in the United States:
  • Mendota, California
  • Mendota, Illinois
  • Mendota, Minnesota
  • Mendota Heights, Minnesota
  • Mendota, Virginia
  • Lake Mendota, Madison, Wisconsin
 Heights, MN. Tee It Up For the Troops is a nonprofit organization Nonprofit Organization

An association that is given tax-free status. Donations to a non-profit organization are often tax deductible as well.

Notes:
Examples of non-profit organizations are charities, hospitals and schools.
 created to help support the fallen and disabled members of this nation's Armed Forces, along with their families. The group was established by the family and friends of a soldier serving in the U.S. Army who asked that something special be done for the families of fallen and wounded troops who had returned home.

The vision of this year's event and golf tournament has been expanded to make September 8th, 2006 a national Tee It Up For The Troops Day. The goal is to make the Friday closest to 9/11 a national day of golf saluting all those who have answered the call of duty. CMAA CMAA Club Managers Association of America

 is a proud partner of Tee It Up For the Troops, and the group has also joined forces with The Wounded Warrior Warrior, river, Ala.: see Black Warrior.  Project to jointly raise funds for various supported programs, including assisting the needs of veterans' families, contributing in steps toward recovery, and helping to exert a positive influence on their future lives.
