Tecumseh Products Company Agreement with ARI; Continued Agreement Assures Tecumseh Dealers Access to Industry-wide Catalog Solution.

ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of catalog-enabled business solutions to connect equipment manufacturers with their service and distribution networks, announced today that Tecumseh Products Company, Grafton, WI, retains their agreement with ARI for the publication and distribution of Tecumseh's parts catalogs via ARI's PartSmart(TM).

Although they plan to offer a Tecumseh parts catalog on the web, Tecumseh wants to assure their dealers that they are continuing to support ARI for PartSmart. Tecumseh recognizes that many of their dealers rely on PartSmart's integration to Dealer Business Management Systems (DBMS) software and will continue their relationship with ARI. PartSmart has been recognized as the de facto standard in the Outdoor Power Industry. Under the agreement, ARI will increase the number of times per year that the Tecumseh electronic parts catalogs will be published and distributed to six times per year. In addition, ARI will continue to support Tecumseh dealers.
