Lee Weinberg, a senior executive at AEi Systems, and Louis Dienes, a sole practitioner, formed Weinberg Dienes LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  in Century City last month. Dienes said the firm is in final talks with two other attorneys to join them.
