As part of the alliance, Card Access is offering hardware and custom development of hardware solutions for WAVE/DSRC. TechnoCom provides software solutions for WAVE/DSRC and VII to interface with the roadside and intelligent intersection equipment and wireless communications interfaces to the vehicles. Both companies have agreed to distribute each other's technology creating opportunities for incorporating enhanced functionality and interfaces to TechnoCom's DSRC solutions.
