This new contract marks a new step in the collaboration between Technip and PKN ORLEN, which includes among others the diesel oil hydrodesulphurization unit and the hydrogen plant currently in progress at the Plock Refinery. (*) Paraxylene: an hydrocarbon aromatic compounds mainly used in the fabrication of polyesters for fibers, films and resins. Smaller quantities of paraxylene are used as solvents, lubricants and in crop protection products.
