Each of the new online resources includes an interactive web site with a Concierge who guides visitors through information and education tools in a 3-D environment. The resources, including solution centers for Application Performance Management, IT Automation, Service Assurance, Mainframe 2.0 and Security Management, contain white papers, enterprise IT case and use studies, product demonstrations, and offer access to podcasts, webcasts and video programming.
