) today announced the appointment of Bert Wasserman, former Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Time Warner, Inc., and Vishal Garg, founder and Chief Investment Officer of a global investment firm focused on international technology investing, to its Board of Advisors.

Bert Wasserman

Mr. Wasserman brings to TechSys nearly 40 years of proven experience in dealing with broad and complex corporate and financial matters for one of the world's most prolific and successful media enterprises. From 1990 until his retirement in 1995, Mr. Wasserman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner, Inc. and served on the Board of Directors of Time Warner and its predecessor company, Warner Communications, since 1981. He joined Warner Communications, Inc. in 1966 and had been an officer of that Company since 1970.

Currently, Mr. Wasserman is a director of several investment companies in the Dreyfus Family of Funds Family of Funds

Currently, Mr. Garg is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Schwendiman Technology Partners LLC. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of 1/0 Capital LLC, the first hedge/venture capital fund focused on investments in the technology sector in developing markets.

Previously, Mr. Garg was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Stratos Advisors, an emerging markets investment advisor with assets exceeding $120 million, where he was responsible for investments in the media, telecom and technology arenas.

Prior to Stratos, he was with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Latin America Investment Banking Groups, where he gained experience in providing innovative merger advisory and capital raising services to some of the firm's most prominent clients, including AT&T, Alestra, Grupo Televisa, Starmedia, YPF, Grupo Perez Companc, PDVSA PDVSA Petroleos De Venezuela, SA , CGC, Petrobras and Aguas Argentinas.

Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager with VZB Partners, the manager for the Strategos Family of Emerging Markets hedge funds. There he was responsible for Asia Pacific and Frontier Markets portfolio strategies. He was also Co-Portfolio Manager for a managed account for Rockefeller & Co., investing in public and private equity opportunities in developing markets.

From 1995 to 1998, when Mr. Garg was with VZB Partners, the Strategos Fund was one of the best performing funds in its class (No.4 in 1996 and No.9 in 1997, according to Micropal and the Wall Street Journal) with an average annual return of over 30%.
