TechFoundation TechFoundation is a public charity that provides technology, expertise, and capital to the nonprofit sector. It is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and was founded by David Altshuler.  has provided over $750,000 in technology and implementation grants to 100 nonprofits through new partnerships with Intranets.com, Skillsoft and Altrue.

These grants, selected from the TechGrants Spring 2003 funding round, focus on nonprofit organizations Nonprofit Organization
