BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2001

Tech-X Corporation, developer of high-performance software solutions for science, engineering and education, has received a Phase II Small Business Innovation Research award from the U.S. Department of Energy.

The project, "Cross-Platform Graphical User Interface graphical user interface (GUI)

The computational physicists and software engineers at Tech-X will also work to improve and further develop some of the core capabilities of the MAD-9 software, which is under development at the European Center for Nuclear Research in Geneva Geneva, canton and city, Switzerland
