Tech firm takes 30,000 s/f space at Kushner's Fair Lawn building.

. Electronics, Inc. has signed a long-term lease for 31,801 s/ f at 17-01 Pollitt Drive in Fair Lawn Fair Lawn, borough (1990 pop. 30,548), Bergen co., NE N.J., across the Passaic River from Paterson; inc. 1924. It is residential with light industries. , NJ.

The new location, managed by Kushner Properties Kushner Properties is a real estate developer in the New York City metropolitan area.

The company's biggest presence is in the New Jersey residential market. It also owns in the Puck Building in New York City.
, will provide 40% more space than Henry Bros.' current offices in Saddle Brook.

The lease was negotiated by Chris Marx of Studley. Inc., representing Henry Bros, and Ira Bloom, director of commercial real estate for Kushner Properties, and Dennis Gralla and Chris Tichio from Alexander Summer, exclusive brokers for the property. Henry Bros. Electronics is a turnkey provider of technology-based integrated electronic security solutions. The company will use the expanded space in Fair Lawn to combine its New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 and New Jersey regional integration business with its corporate headquarters and two subsidiaries, Viscom Products, Inc. and Airorlite Communications, Inc. Henry Bros. will also have a warehouse, as well as assembly, testing and training facilities at the site.

The 17-01 Pollitt Drive facility is a flex building able to accommodate office, industrial and warehousing needs. The single-story building offers 105,367 s/f of space and includes eight loading docks and parking for 247 cars.

The property is less than one-half mile from Route 208 and convenient to Routes 4, 17, 20 and the Garden State Parkway The Garden State Parkway is a 172.4-mile (277-km) limited-access toll parkway that stretches the length of New Jersey from the New York state line at Montvale, New Jersey, to Cape May at the southern tip of the state. Its name refers to the state nickname, the "Garden State". .

Other tenants include Vyteris, Inc., a leading developer of drug delivery products and U.S. Technologies, a manufacturer and repairer of computer circuit boards.
