Tech Industry Pioneer Don Innis Joins Stellar Technologies As President; Encryption/Data Security Veteran to Direct Expansion of Stellar's Internet Usage Monitoring Products.

At Control Break International, Innis helped increase CBI's revenue by 800% over a one-year period.
