A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  for the top two full floors at 335 W. 16th St. Teachscape will occupy the entire 4th and 5th floors of the newly renovated building.

The tenant was exclusively represented by Ted Rotante, corporate managing director of Julien J. Studley's Midtown office.
