Past National Commanders Dennis A. Joyner and Jim Sursely were keynote speakers at Newport Central Catholic High School's Veterans Day event in Newport, Ky. Both Army veterans and triple amputees am·pu·tee (mpy-t, the men presented a DAV video, made presentations and answered questions.
