Teac.
Teac was awarded $ 600,000 in three contracts from the Royal
Netherlands Navy, AgustaWestland and Eads-Casa for its MDR-80
solid-state mission data recorder and its PC-based digital Mission Data
Debrief Software (MDDS). The contracts mention integration of both hard-
and software into the Netherlands' P-3C aircraft, for
AgustaWestland into the Swedish A-109 programme and Eads-Casa for the
German Luftwaffe A310 MRT. In an unrelated event, Teac has received a
contract to integrate its new MRD-87 Mission Data Recorders and MDDS
into the new F-16 C/D fleet of the Chilean Air Force.
