The new agreement further strengthens an existing relationship with Lucent. Tdsoft is a member of the Lucent "Wired for DSL" interoperability program. The new partnership creates a complete voice and data product offering for incumbent and emerging carriers customers in international markets.

Together, Tdsoft and Lucent can offer a VoDSL solution based on Tdsoft's VoNGATE(TM) voice access gateway, and Lucent's Stinger(TM) DSL access concentrator See remote access concentrator.  family or AnyMedia(R) Access System.
