Rev. Kim Salo has been appointed principal for Taylor College of Mission and Evangelism in Saint John Saint John, city, Canada

Mr. Salo is currently rector of the parish of St. Mary the Virgin in Virden, Man.

 in 1983, he has served his entire ministry in the diocese of Brandon. He has been regional dean, founding chair of the diocesan youth ministry, chair for Volunteers in Mission, spiritual advisor for Manitoba Essentials, and has worked with Amnesty International Amnesty International (AI,) human-rights organization founded in 1961 by Englishman Peter Benenson; it campaigns internationally against the detention of prisoners of conscience, for the fair trial of political prisoners, to abolish the death penalty and torture of . He has also done local community crisis work.
