Tarragon votes on name change.


Homebuilder, Tarragon tarragon (târ`əgŏn), perennial aromatic Old World herb (Artemisia dracunculus) of the family Asteraceae (aster family), of the same genus as wormwood and sagebrush.  Corporation, announced that its shareholders voted to change the company's name to Tarragon Corporation from the former name, Tarragon Realty Investors Inc., at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The Company's common shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol Ticker Symbol
