(OTC-BB: TVCP). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION announced today that it has signed a definitive Letter of Intent to acquire all the outstanding capital stock of Frederick Engineering of Baltimore, Maryland. Frederick Engineering, with significantly profitable revenues of approximately $4 million, produces test equipment used by datacom and telecom personnel who manage Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, DSL and ISDN systems.
