Talisma Corp. announces new versions. (New Products).


Talisma Corporation recently released the latest versions of its Contact Center and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization.  Suites. Featuring a unified agent desktop, the Talisma Contact Center Suite allows customer service representatives to serve customers through all communication channels, including phone, fax, e-mail, chat, VoIP and Web self-help. The new Talisma CRM Suite offers new features across its service, sales and marketing applications. Built from one integrated code base of software, both Talisma suites were designed to be flexible, scalable and integrate easily with existing enterprise applications. In addition to Talisma's service, sales and marketing capabilities, there are other new and enhanced features in the latest version of the CRM and Contact Center Suites, Some of the features include: a redesigned .Net-architected Web client, load balancing The fine tuning of a computer system, network or disk subsystem in order to more evenly distribute the data and/or processing across available resources. For example, in clustering, load balancing might distribute the incoming transactions evenly to all servers, or it might redirect them  and failover support for Talisma Chat, support for Talisma on clustered SQL SQL
