EPAC lets you bid for contracts available from the city of Detroit and Wayne County Wayne County is the name of sixteen counties in the United States of America, some named for the American Revolutionary War general Anthony Wayne:

EPAC has four core offerings: (1) buyer/supplier connection, (2) program level contract management, (3) business/supplier development and (4) corporate and public outreach Outreach is an effort by an organization or group to connect its ideas or practices to the efforts of other organizations, groups, specific audiences or the general public. . It offers suppliers immediate notification of requests for service and requests for proposals from buyers. It also allows subscribers to monitor policies and track multi-tier spending, while providing exposure to corporate buyers and other suppliers.

Free membership level benefits offered to Chamber members include:

* Supplier Marketplace Directory listing.

* Search requests based on a keyword entry.

* New supplier requests posted on EPAC Online.

EPAC also offers several other annual levels of benefits in addition to the free Chamber-level membership:

Bronze-level membership ($1999 annually)

All benefits with free memberships, plus:

* List your supplier profile in the EPAC Directory.

* List your supplier summary in the EPAC Directory.

* Search all EPAC buyers by commodity.

* Create requests in the member-to-member network.

Silver-level membership ($295 annually)

All premium Bronze-level membership benefits, plus:

* Receive instant bid notifications ("alarms") via e-mail.

* Submit responses to buyers' requests.

Gold-level membership ($599 annually)

All premium Bronze and Silver benefits, plus:

* Access supplier credentials CREDENTIALS, international law. The instruments which authorize and establish a public minister in his character with the state or prince to whom they are addressed. If the state or prince receive the minister, he can be received only in the quality attributed to him in his credentials. .

* Search bid documents for specific data and classifications.

* Quickly locate bid details unavailable at lower levels.

Platinum-level membership ($895 annually)

All premium Bronze, Silver and Gold EPAC privileges, plus:

* Access supplier Websites from EPAC Online.

* Participate in the Buyer/Supplier Connection program.

* Use EPAC development specialists.
