Taj's Third U.S. Hotel is First in West as Expansion Continues

Taj, which owns and manages a portfolio of 77 luxurious, historic and contemporary hotels worldwide, will enhance Campton Place's original reputation for quiet elegance, unrivaled guest service, privacy and style, pledged Raymond Bickson, Managing Director and CEO of Indian Hotels Company Ltd., which operates Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces.

"Campton Place defined excellence in the art of hospitality and fine dining in Dining in is a formal military function for members of a company or other unit. The practice is thought to have begun in 16th Century England, in the monasteries and early universities.  San Francisco for leisure and business travelers when it re-opened in 1984 as the city's first true small luxury hotel," said Bickson.
