Under the partnership, the two companies will develop high-quality and high value-added val·ue-add·ed

 products by leveraging their resources. In particular, they will develop various products including health foods, functional foods, specified health foods as well as foods for patients and the elderly.

In addition, they plan to launch a joint brand of anti-aging products.

A Tokyo-based company established in 1947, Yayoi Foods is involved in the manufacture and distribution of frozen foods.
