AGE 16 HOMETOWN Chicago but lives in Claremont, Calif. CLAIM TO FAME Stars as Ben Singer, big brother to Emma Roberts' Addie, on the Nickelodeon hit series Unfabulous (Wednesdays, 8 p.m.). OH, BROTHER On TV, Tadhg (pronounced Taig) is the older brother but, in real life, he's the youngest of four sibs. "It's kind of a fun change of pace to be the one doing the picking on as opposed to being picked on. A little personal revenge, I guess." BEING BEN "Ben says things I generally try to keep to myself. He's really self-confident to the paint of arrogance. In a sense, we are a lot alike, but Ben is more extreme. I'd like to think I'm not that self-absorbed." BEING FRIENDS Tadhg, Emma (who's the niece of superstar Julia Roberts) and the rest of the cast socialize off set. "I went to Emma's surprise birthday party. I got to see everyone, it was a pool party and, um, I almost got thrown in. It wasn't my intention to swim, but I pleaded for the life of my cell phone and that spared me." PRESIDENT AT LARGE Tadhg is junior class president of his high school and has to take charge of those responsibilities while filming. "I had to do a lot of conference-call type stuff during lunch breaks on the set because it was at the some time they were having student council meetings. We had to plan dances, rallies, games, stuff like that." THE DATING GAME "There were rumors that I had a crush on Hilary Duff, but I'm not sure where that came from. It's not true--I've never even met her. I've just been doting steadily, and I guess playing the field. My last good date, we went to this Middle Eastern cafe. We gut to talk, and we had chai tea and falafels and stuff." TADHG OF ALL TRADES Besides being an actor, he's an artist ("I prefer oils, sometimes acrylic"), musician ("I took piano for years, but my current project is guitar") and athlete ("I did a season of JV wrestling, and I started track but wasn't able to finish the season because of filming"). Anything else? "I do basic weight-lifting and body-building stuff." Oh, yeah!
