Mr. Cantwell's track record of proven engineering development leadership includes positions with IBM and General Electric as well as his most recent position as Senior Director of Switching Engineering for CNT Corporation (formerly INRANGE Technologies and currently part of McData Corporation) where he led a team of 75 engineers in the development of three generations of successful director class switching products.

In assuming the role of Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Cantwell takes over day-to-day engineering operations from the company's CTO and Chief Architect, Shirish Phatak, who will continue to work closely with the engineering team while concentrating on the company's strategic technology directions and the design and development of its product architecture.
