Produced almost entirely by the orthopedic staff of the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, this three-volume work is a revised and updated medical textbook on pediatric orthopedics. Under the heading "disciplines" it first covers growth and development, the orthopedic examination, gait analysis, the limping child, back pain, anesthesiology, management of the child with developmental disabilities, and imaging.
