TXP-Texas Prototypes, Inc. Announces 30,783 sq ft Building Lease in Richardson, Texas Telecom Corridor Industrial Park.

RICHARDSON, Texas -- TXP-Texas Prototypes, Inc., global provider of prototyping electronics manufacturing services for original equipment and contract manufacturers, announced today that the company has signed a five (5) year lease with TCIT Dallas Industrial, Inc., for 30,783 square feet of industrial warehouse space located at 1299 Commerce Drive, Suite B, Richardson, Texas in the heart of the Telecom Corridor(R). The lease will commence March 1st, 2005.

The facilities will house TXP's three divisions: Texas Prototypes, Texas Photonics and Texas Packaging. The newly finished-out facility with be equipped with the latest laboratory and manufacturing equipment, including a 2,500 square foot cleanroom, for electronic, photonic and packaging assembly, test, and inspection, and will double TXP's present space. Initially, 40-50 people will be employed at this location. The space will occupy the same location as TXP's previous facilities, but will include an additional portion of the building which has been remodeled and upgraded to house TXP's three divisions.
