TWO WOMEN SAY THEY WERE DATE-RAPED.

Byline: - Cecilia Chan

The last two of three women who claim to have been drugged and raped by an heir to the Max Factor cosmetic fortune testified Thursday, with one of the women breaking down in tears as she viewed a 25-minute videotape taken by the defendant of their sexual encounter.

Andrew S. Luster, 37, is charged with 88 counts, including drugging, raping and videotaping his victims. Luster, who sat stoically sto·ic

All three women disputed the defense claim that they consented to have sex with Luster, or that they agreed to be videotaped.

``I hate him,'' witness Tanya ``Doe'' said tearfully during Thursday's testimony. ``I can't believe he did this.''

Tanya said she was 23 in October 1996 when she met the defendant in a Santa Barbara Santa Barbara (săn'tə bär`brə, –bərə), city (1990 pop. 85,571), seat of Santa Barbara co., S Calif., on the Pacific Ocean; inc. 1850.  bar. She testified she willingly drank a shot glass of gamma hydroxy hy·drox·y

Prosecutors say Luster raped her that night, videotaping the attack, although she recalls nothing of the encounter.

The defense attempted to portray her as having a bias against Luster, because the defendant won a small claims case against her for money she owed him.

The third woman, Carey ``Doe,'' testified she and Luster also met at a Santa Barbara bar and that she became groggy grog·gy

She testified she went home with Luster, where she consumed two drinks that she claimed the defendant told her had been spiked with GHB. She said she was assaulted three times that night and was powerless to stop him.

``I felt completely violated, waking up next to him without any clothes on,'' she told the court. ``I was humiliated hu·mil·i·ate

Carey went to police, who searched his house and found the videotapes depicting the attack on Tanya and a third woman, identified only as Shauna. She testified against Luster on Wednesday.

Ventura County Superior Court Judge James Cloninger is presiding over the hearing and is expected to rule Monday on whether Luster should be bound over for trial.
