The Antelope Valley
 radio stations, KAVL-AM and KAVS-FM.

The two stations in Lancaster and a station, KYHT-FM, in the San Bernardino County community of Yermo are being acquired, subject to government review, for $4 million from Antelope Broadcasting Co., Jacor announced Thursday.

KAVL is a sports station that broadcasts Dodger baseball games and UCLA UCLA University of California at Los Angeles
UCLA University Center for Learning Assistance (Illinois State University)
UCLA University of Carrollton, TX and Lower Addison, TX
 sports. KAVS is an alternative rock station. Together, both stations have about 15 full-time employees.

Larry Thornhill, general manager of KAVL, said he has not yet met with Jacor officials.

``Hopefully, we'll be working together in the next few weeks, and then we'll know more,'' Thornhill said.

Jacor owns 214 radio stations in 59 different regions, as well as a television station in Cincinnati.
