Gov. Gray Davis on Wednesday announced the appointments of five new members of the San Fernando Valley San Fernando Valley

Davis said new members of the nine-person board will be Robert D. Arias of Sylmar, Dallas O. Boardman of Northridge, LeRoy Chase of Sylmar, Annie E. Cho of Northridge and Mimi L. Robins of Van Nuys.
Fair board president David S. Honda said Wednesday that the governor's staff had informed him of the appointments as well as Davis' decision to retain him and current board members Arthur Sweet and Jane Boeckmann, but not to reappoint Re`ap`point´
