 TWO DIRECTORS JOIN SEALRIGHT BOARD
 OVERLAND PARK, Kan., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Sealright Co., Inc.,


(NASDAQ: SRCO) a manufacturer of packaging and packaging systems for the grocery and dairy industries, has named two outside directors to its board, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Marvin W. Ozley announced today.
 Charles A. Sullivan, chairman and chief executive officer of Interstate Bakeries Corp., and D. Patrick Curran, chairman and chief executive officer of Cook Companies, fill board vacancies created by recent retirements.
 Sullivan heads the nation's third-largest baking company, with revenues of $1.1 billion. He joined Interstate Bakeries Corp. in 1988 when Interstate acquired American Bakeries, where he was president. Sullivan led Interstate during its return to public ownership in 1991. Its stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
 In addition to Cook Companies, parent of the Cook Paint & Varnish Co., Curran is chairman of Cook Composites and Polymers (CCP), an international joint venture with Total Chimie (France). CCP is a world leader in gel coating technology for industrial and specialty applications.
 Other members of Sealright's board are Marvin W. Ozley, G. Kenneth Baum, Frederick O. DeSieghardt, Robert F. Hagans, William D. Thomas, Donald C. Wooton, and John L. Wempe.
 Sealright is North America's leading supplier of packaging and packaging systems for frozen dairy desserts. The company and its subsidiaries also produce paperboard and plastic packaging and labeling. Sealright had 1991 sales of $258 million.
