Two Sun Valley residents were arrested in connection with last week's shooting death of an 18-year-old North Hollywood man, and a third suspect remains at large, said authorities Monday.

Javier Fuentes and Maria Alaniz, both 21, have been arrested on suspicion of murder. Bail for both was set at $1 million, said Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department "LAPD" and "L.A.P.D." redirect here. For other uses, see LAPD (disambiguation).

The couple is suspected of shooting Walter Lopez in the back at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday near the steps of an apartment building at Sylvan sylvan
