Under a $1.7 million contract, Signature will supply the U.S. Military at Fort Stewart, Georgia, with 221,000 square feet of temporary mobile facilities for use as sleeping quarters, dining areas and latrines. The facilities also will include a wide range of generators, HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) In the home or small office with a handful of computers, HVAC is more for human comfort than the machines. In large datacenters, a humidity-free room with a steady, cool temperature is essential for the trouble-free  and additional support equipment that Signature will maintain on a round-the-clock basis during training exercises. Signature has already initiated site preparation work and begun facility installation, which the company expects to fully complete in one week's time.

The Signature temporary facilities will be part of the 4th Brigade Vanguard Focus, which is a preparatory training exercise for National Training Center (NTC NTC Notice

) rotation. This is a critical exercise because it provides soldiers with training prior to their National Training Center rotation and deployment to Iraq.

 Brigade Group A brigade group is term used primarily in armies of the Commonwealth of Nations. It generally refers to a formation which includes three or four battle groups, or an infantry brigade (three battalions), supported by armoured, artillery, field engineer, aviation and support units,  at Dona Anna Base Camp in Fort Bliss, Texas, with temporary tenting facilities. Under the contract, worth more than $300,000, Signature will provide lighting, electrical and HVAC equipment, sleeping quarters and mobile kitchens.
