TV SAYS FAREWELL TO 2004.

Byline: - Valerie Kuklenski

Forget family bonding - today's TV lineup calls for James Bonding.

Spike TV wraps up its ``007 Days of Xmas XMAS - Christmas'' series with ``The Living Daylights'' (Timothy Dalton dalton /dal·ton/ (D) (Da) (dawl´ton) an arbitrary unit of mass, being 1/12 the mass of the nuclide of carbon-12, equivalent to 1.657 × 10-24 g.

On ``Emeril Live'' (8 p.m., Food Network), Emeril Lagasse shows how to put a little BAM! in New Year's Eve parties or other cocktail get-togethers with his ``Happy Happy Hour'' hors d'oeuvres recipes.

``PrimeTime'' (10 p.m., ABC, Channel 7) reflects on events of 2004, including the November election and developments in the Iraq War.

All of this is preparation for ringing out 2004 and welcoming 2005 on Friday:

``The Chronicles of Riddick'' (On Demand), starring Vin Diesel, makes its pay-per-view premiere, with or without its predecessor, ``Pitch Black.''

``Countdown With the Stooges'' (noon, AMC), a 12-hour marathon of Three Stooges shorts, followed by two features: ``Have Rocket Will Travel'' at midnight and ``The Three Stooges Meet Hercules'' at 3 a.m.

``100 Memorable TV Moments'' (7 p.m., TV Land), a five-hour countdown.

``Seventh Annual Viewer's Choice'' (7 p.m., Disney Channel), a five-hour block reflecting the programming tastes of kid and tween couch potatoes.

``101 Crimes of Fashion'' (8 p.m., E!), spotlights wardrobe faux pas of those who should know better.
