TTM Technologies Inc. has completed the acquisition of the Tyco Printed Circuit Group business unit from Tyco International Ltd.


TTM Technologies TTM Technologies is a printed circuit board manufacturer headquartered in Santa Ana, California, with locations in Washington, Wisconsin, Utah, Connecticut, and Shanghai, China.  Inc. has completed the acquisition of the Tyco Printed Circuit Group business unit from Tyco International Ltd. According to a news release, the purchase price of $226 million was financed with a $200 million, 6-year terra loan and cash on the balance sheet. TTM TTM
